Of course: Minnie Mouse, Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, Mary Shelley the author of Frankenstein, Mary Poppins – all these women can all become champions of the New Age just like Mary Magdalene. But none of it would be necessarily accurate or factual. It's all fantasy. Witness all the women who lived in the desert as celibate anchorites during the early centuries modelling themselves on Mary Magdalene. The Mary Magdalene of the Gospels was 100% subservient to Jesus Christ because she wanted to be a Christian. Nothing could drag Mary Magdalene away from her fate. That’s the way she was originally presented: historical or not.

There is REAL HISTORY supporting this – while the Mary Magdalene of New Age Fame is really only a modern fantasy and a modern caricature of the twentieth and twenty-first century – a substitute of the real Mary Magdalene of the Gospels and the Gnostics.

There is no historical tradition whatsoever justifying the existence of the myth of the New Age. Mary Magdalene subjugated herself totally to Jesus Christ because that is – and was – the very fibre of Christianity – the VERY OPPOSITE of a so-called “Divine Feminine”.
